You’ll assess legacy environments, implement best practices, and automate identity processes while ensuring security and operational stability.Together we do what matters.
Skills and experiences
- Proven experience with Windows Active Directory (on-premises) and hybrid identity scenarios
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and administration
- Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD), AAD Connect, and synchronization troubleshooting
- Understanding of identity governance, RBAC, and authentication protocols (Kerberos, NTLM, SAML, etc.)
- Experience in client-facing consulting roles, including assessments and solution delivery
- Microsoft certifications such as SC-300, AZ-800/801, or equivalent are a plus
- Fluency in English is required.

What you'll do
- Provide expert guidance on Windows Active Directory design, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Support hybrid identity configurations, including synchronization with Entra ID (Azure AD) using tools like AAD Connect
- Automate identity lifecycle processes using PowerShell scripts and modules
- Conduct assessments of legacy identity environments and recommend modernization strategies
- Collaborate with security and cloud teams to ensure secure and compliant identity integration
- Assist in the migration of identity services to cloud or hybrid models
- Deliver technical workshops, documentation, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
