**Qualifications**:

- Minimum BSc Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ yr experience in relevant positions within the Flavor Industry
- Desired knowledge in foods, beverages and flavor, from both a Technical and Commercial perspective.
- Experience in a global matrix organization, and achievement of goals.
- Demonstrated ability work across countries and cultures
- Action oriented, customer focus, enjoys working through influence
- Sales and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team player and team builder
- Capacity to build and develop effective network
- Fluency in English
- An internationally minded person, with multi-country, multi-cultural experience
- IT Skills (e.g. SAP, Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
