**Quem procuramos?**

Buscamos um(a) Analista de Revenue Operations para integrar nosso time de RevOps, atuando como peça-chave na conexão estratégica entre Marketing, Vendas, Customer Success e Financeiro. O papel combina análise de dados, otimização de processos e execução operacional, com foco em garantir previsibilidade, eficiência e escalabilidade do ciclo de receita. Você terá autonomia para testar hipóteses, estruturar fluxos end-to-end e impactar diretamente os resultados da Incentive.me.

**Principais Responsabilidades**
- Mapear e otimizar processos end-to-end do funil de receita (Marketing Vendas Pós-Vendas), definindo SLAs, ICPs e KPIs estratégicos.
- Desenvolver dashboards (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) para monitorar métricas como MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, eficiência por canal e conversão.
- Garantir governança e integridade dos dados no HubSpot e demais ferramentas, assegurando conformidade e visibilidade para decisões rápidas.
- Realizar forecasts de receita e análises de pipeline, propondo ações corretivas para gaps operacionais.
- Colaborar com áreas cross-funcionais (Marketing, Vendas, CS, Produto, Financeiro) para alinhar metas, processos e análises.
- Implementar automações, especialmente no CRM, para reduzir retrabalho e aumentar eficiência.
- Participar da criação de playbooks de vendas e trilhas de enablement para garantir boas práticas.

**Requisitos Obrigatórios**
- Experiência em Revenue Operations, Sales Operations ou Business Analytics, preferencialmente em B2B SaaS.
- Domínio avançado de Excel (fórmulas, tabelas dinâmicas) e BI (Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
- Conhecimento prático de HubSpot e métricas de vendas e receita (MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, win rate).
- Habilidade para mapear processos complexos, traduzir dados em decisões estratégicas e comunicar insights.
- Inglês (leitura).

**Diferenciais**
- Conhecimento em Python, R, SQL para análises avançadas ou modelagem de

dados.
- Experiência com gestão de projetos ágeis (OKRs, sprints) e integração de

ferramentas comerciais.
- Vivência em ambientes de melhoria contínua, criação e otimização de processos.
