In this position you will be part of the Life Science business. It means you are going to help to make the Digitalization on the business of helping scientists to change the world.

Our job is to help the Customer (B2B environment) in the best way possible to understand and buy better our portfolio of more than 300 thousand products. For example, as a global life science supplier, we are here to help in the response to COVID-19. From supplying raw materials and research products for detection and characterization to production, we've consolidated relevant product and service offerings within a centralized COVID-19 webpage.

The PMO & Automation Specialist is part of the Customer Digital Transformation organization.

**Your role**:

- Responsible for leading projects regarding Automation (RPA) and Digitalization of the Customer Path to Purchase in the Life Science business (B2B) of Merck.
- Responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the stakeholders.
- Lead cross functional teams in strategic customer engagements to create value for Customers.
- Guarantee technical documentation to ensure quality on projects implementation;
- Be a facilitator and bring visibility to the company's efficiency fronts - supporting prioritization, creating metrics and building visibility;

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Project leadership relevant experience.
- Experience driving Customer Journey improvements and Digital Transformation.Strong analytical skills in using data to make recommendations and business decisions.
- Entrepreneurial - Evolves, tries new things and experiments.
- Experience using Agile methodologies
- Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.
- Curious thinkers with drive to make changes in large organization.
- Implementation of technology solutions;
- Monitoring of efficiency projects through KPI'
- Knowledge on MS Project, MS Visio, Bizagi and MS Office;

**Who You Are**:

- Graduate Degree in Marketing, Administration, Engineer, or related fields.
- Relevant experience in Digital Transformation and Business Development Projects.
- Desirable knowledge in SAP and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc);
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and Power Point
- Business Fluent English skills
- Advanced Spanish is a plus
