Team Overview:

- Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights on customer behavior and preferences.
- Analyze user feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Help create and maintain user experience documentation, including user personas, journey maps, and reports.
- Support the development of training materials and resources for operational teams.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing the user experience.

Role Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience in the international food delivery industry.

- Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.

Role Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with user experience design principles and methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
