About Us
Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan—the global delivery giant—is on a mission to transform food and consumer product delivery worldwide. With our core belief: "We help people eat better, live better," we're taking innovation to the global stage. Our story began in 2023 in Hong Kong, China, where we became an industry leader in under a year. Building on that momentum, we entered Saudi Arabia in 2024 and soon expanded to over 20 cities. In 2025, we accelerated further, launching in Qatar, Kuwait, and the UAE within a remarkable 40-day span. This was followed by our entry into Brazil, progressing from a pilot in Santos and São Vicente to an official launch in São Paulo, with more destinations ahead.
What You'll Do
- Frequency-Boosting Strategy Development & ExecutionDevelop and implement strategies to increase order frequency and engagement among post-onboarding exsiting users, including regular promotions, exclusive events, and personalized recommendations. Continuously monitor user behavior, optimize campaign content and timing to improve repurchase rate and user stickiness. 2.Retention and Win-back Strategy DesignDesign and execute retention and win-back strategies for users showing signs of inactivity or churn, including targeted offers, reactivation campaigns, and churn warning systems.Establish churn warning mechanisms, analyze churn reasons, and drive user reactivation and long-term retention. 3.Data Analysis and Performance EvaluationBuild core metrics systems for user segmentation, behavior, and conversion, conduct real-time monitoring and attribution analysis.Regularly produce reports on strategy execution, user behavior trends, and campaign effectiveness to support strategy optimization. 4.Cross-Functional Collaboration and Project ManagementCollaborate with product, content, design, and tech teams to drive efficient implementation of user operation projects.Continuously summarize and standardize operational strategies and methodologies.
What We Need From You
Educational Background Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, business, or related fields; graduates from top-tier domestic or international universities preferred. Work Experience 5+ years of experience in user operations, growth, CRM, or related fields in internet platforms; Experience in e-commerce, O2O, or local service platforms is a plus;Overseas internet product experience preferred; Familiar with user segmentation and lifecycle management, with systematic user operation methodology. Professional Skills Proficient in data analysis tools, with strong data sensitivity and logical thinking;Hands-on experience in user segmentation, targeted marketing, and A/B testing; Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills, results-oriented with excellent execution capability.
