Your next challenge
You will be working in international team on deployment of SAP4/HANA system for 28 countries around the world.

You will provide method, advice and analysis on process design, implementation of solutions and organization. You will contribute to alignment of processes, to translation of business requirements into IT requirements, the design of functional choices, and the adoption of changes. You will be a change facilitator & a trainer

What you’ll be doing:

- Introducing core model, contributing to mapping of processes with core model, gathering, reviewing and analyzing business needs and impacts.
- Actively challenging historic modus operandi (“you have always done it this way”) with a view to bringing best practices into the standard processes (“it makes sense to do it that way”)
- Supporting Global process owners with process reviews and analyzing key business metrics to devise plans for change and improvement, assessing options.
- Translating business requirements into IT requirements and functional specification for the CORE model, if needed testing core model functionalities
- Tracking, centralizing and managing global business issue (issue log) and contributing solutioning scenarios assessment
- being central point of contact for country business stakeholder, key users or SMEs, and local business Analyst
- Liaise between various business departments, act on process alignment and contributing to the adoption of the information system and business solution, monitoring change actions, training support

You’re a match
- What we're looking for:

- expertise on the relevant domain
- Preferable S4 Hana Know / How
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years experience as Business Analyst in SAP or business systems
- Fluency in English, Spanish, Portuguese
