**MYP Design Teacher**

**St Nicholas School: A Unique Educational Adventure**

The ICT Department is a small but growing department where teachers value sharing ideas, resources and experiences. The MYP program offers a framework that encourages students to make practical connections between their studies and the real world, by integrating the strands of number, algebra, geometry and trigonometry, statistics and probability.

**Additional desirable (but not crucial) qualities would be**:

- DP experience
- MYP Personal Project experience
- MYP coordinator experience

**General**

To maintain ethical and professional standards in attendance, punctuality, appearance, conduct, meetings of deadlines and the general fulfilment of responsibilities.

The Middle School forms part of the wider St Nicholas community and all community members are expected to contribute positively to the whole community and take a full part in school life.

**Working hours for all teachers are**:07:45 to 16:15 (16:30 Wednesday for staff meetings and CPD).
