Primary responsibilities
As Customer Care Agent you will be responsible mainly for North American customers:
- Answering incoming calls and requests- Supplying customers with information- CRM database entries for leads and new customers- Processing orders- Processing quotations- Pro-active phone calls to promote our services and increase customer satisfaction- Supporting and collaborating with other departments and worldwide locations to ensure deadlines are met- Handling general administrative tasks and efficiency assistance activities- Other miscellaneous tasks as business requires
Professional qualifications and personal skills- Experience from a sales or service function where customer satisfaction has been paramount- Excellent communication skills in English- Computer knowledge (Microsoft® Office)- Sales Force and SAP S4 experience is a plus- Strong team and interpersonal skills- Task-oriented, self-motivated and flexible- Driven by customer satisfaction- An energetic personality and the ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations
