**Position overview**:
You will be responsible for maintaining contact with external payroll provider and all payroll processing and reporting requirements. You will also ensure all payroll compliance are understood and delivered and deliver all payroll related reconciliations, reporting, actual and forecast/budget.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Owning the payroll process locations and ensure all payroll and employee related reporting are carried out timely and accurately while adhering to predefined SLA’s
- Responsible for coordination efforts between payroll service provider, human resources, pensions and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data
- Reviewing the accuracy of payroll reports produced by ADP or other relevant provider, ensuring all necessary changes have been accurately captured such as joiners, leavers, allowances, bonus, deductions, bonus, pensions etc
- Communicating any errors / issues with ADP or other relevant provider and ensure that they are corrected prior to payment
- Tracking payroll processing errors post payroll
- Ensuring long term incentive plan and short term bonus payments are carried out on time and delivered accurately
- Responsible to have payroll approved and paid on time and ensure that the contributions to pensions are made within the timeline stipulated
- Preparing payroll journals and post into the appropriate SAP on a timely manner. Also ensure that all necessary payroll recharges are made accordingly
- Providing necessary pensions reporting such as contributions, starters and leavers etc. and support and manage expat payroll related queries with HR and external advisors when needed
- Providing the required expatriate payslips and any other payroll information on a monthly and ad hoc basis

**What are we looking for?**
- High Education - University Degree.
- Payroll experience for 2-4 year(s) minimum.
- Working knowledge of SAP, ADP processing knowledge would be a plus.
- High concern for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing in English and German language.
