Global Payroll and HR Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Payroll and HR Specialist to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage payroll control processes in European countries. You will work closely with the payroll specialist to organize, collect, and process data input to the financial department via spreadsheets.

You will run bi-monthly payrolls and ensure all payroll changes have been entered. Additionally, you will set up new employee information (tax information, direct deposit, home department) and review payroll before sending it to divisions for approval.

You will generate monthly reports needed for preparation of financial and controllership indicators and executive reports. Furthermore, you will set up inter-company payroll for executive personnel and reconcile employee taxes per entity and submit to accounting for bill backs.

You will establish basic HR processes based on local requirements and customs. You will resolve any employee payroll and HR issues that may arise.

As part of your role, you will perform online research and contact foreign advisors to provide quality information to country heads and employees.

Finally, you will help build and structure the Global Payroll & HR Area in its processes and activities in a scalable way considering our fast-paced global expansion.

Key Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate payroll and HR processes
  • HR experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and energetic personality
  • Fluent English
  • Spanish speaking will be considered a differential
