Job description:

- Planning and implementation of financial products;
- Project-based role with focus on identifying business opportunities, conducting insightful analysis and implementing solutions until the go live stage;
- Own and deliver strategic and tactical iniciatives to drive growth;
- Lead work modules in high-impact projects in a fast-pace environment, with concret and tangible deliveables;
- Interaction with teams from different areas and countries;
- High exposure to top management

**Requirements**:

- Hands on profile, ability to think strategically and get execution done;
- Strong communication and problem solving skills;
- Analytical, data-driven profile;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Previous experience in financial products & services, digital accounts is a differential;
- Fluent English (mandatory).
