We will need from you an exceptional leadership, analytical and communication skills, capable of driving execution and managing multifunctional teams, while supporting a rapidly changing organization. Our team is problem solving and solution creators who actively participate on the strategy definition, governance, project, design, implementation, knowledge transfer and change management.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership.
- Lead project management transformation and continuous improvement projects, identifying and implementing new tools and processes.
- Develop and translate strategy into workstream objectives and process frameworks.
- Exercise solid project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytical skills and leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements.

**Qualifications**:
Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required;
- Advanced/Intermediate English Level is necessary;
- Experience planning and leading projects and strategic initiatives;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Innovative mindset and process knowledge;
- Lead by influence;
- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with data analysis;
- Knowledge of tools and projects methodologies;
- Strong project reporting skills and experience in a project coordination role;
- Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions;
- Project management by innovative models implementation.
