**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**
Product Unit Language Experience Lab is responsible for translation of products in SAP supported languages. There are many tools which help us in accomplishing our business, however Language Experience Lab will venture into new age solution for Translation which will be a cloud based.

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
- Ability to work independently with little direction in a Scrum Team following Agile Software Development process
- Execute daily tasks including design, review, coding, testing, test automation, pipeline creation / maintance
- Efficient coding skills with strong focus on quality and completeness
- Ability to understand and master new technologies quickly
- Communicate confidently with integrity in difficult situations
- Willingness to work on software development and support
- Enthusiastic to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Programming skills in Java, TypeScript and React
- Knowledge on Microservices architecture and developing/deploying on Cloud platforms
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Self-motivated, open minded, resourceful, agile and pragmatic
- Bachelor degree or undergraduate studies in any of the following areas: Computer Science or Information Technology
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English

**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Good previous full time professional experience in required technologies
- Previous experience with SCRUM is highly valued
- Experience with software engineering and formal software development methodologies
- Software quality assurance and test methodologies for the test pyramid
- Working knowledge would be preferred on the following:

- Development of web-scale cloud-ready software
- Typescript
- React and state management industry frameworks
- React testing frameworks
- SAP UI5 WebComponents
- Spring and Spring Boot
- PostgreSQL and/or SAP HANA Cloud
- Docker
- Kubernetes
