We are hiring a Transactional Monitoring Officer for our compliance team, carrying out analysis and making decisions on alerts activated in our transaction monitoring system. If you have a business-focused vision, are flexible and agile to adapt to new scenarios and have previous experience within the Fintech sector, join our team

**This roles is Hybrid, requiring presenciality to our offices in Sao Paulo.**

**Job duties and Responsibilities**:

- Knowledge of prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism (PLD-FT) due diligence, KYC, KYB, KYT, PEP and sanctioned and FATF recommendations.
- Ability to analyze information, solve problems and make decisions based on limited information.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and follow up on numerous transaction alerts in dynamic scenarios.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Experience in a Fintech or financial institution in a transactional monitoring team (preferably in a payments fintech or authorized payments institution), or in a fast-growing tech startup.
- Familiarity with FATF (GAFI) recommendations.
- Intermediate-advanced level of Excel.
- Minimum experience in Power BI and SQL queries.
- Certifications such as ACAMS, ABRACAM are desirable but not essential.
