SUMMARY

The Publisher Partnerships Manager will be a crucial member of a growing team that will support development in meeting its goals and providing best in class customer service to clients. This role involves partnering with key publishers and internal stakeholders to drive revenue through effective management and data-driven solutions. Success requires a focus on revenue growth, publisher satisfaction, adaptability to a dynamic environment, and contribution to scalable solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Oversees the growth and development of a large group portfolio, with the goal of driving new active partnerships.- Offering support and guidance across the portfolio, providing introductory advice and understanding the partner goals to support a good ROI growth.-
- Point of escalation for resolving publisher issues, supported by wider back office function (Publisher Support).- Supports the Clients Services (CS) group, working closely with Senior CS leaders.- Developing, maintaining, and extending relationships internally and externally.- Good understating of Rakuten Advertising products, to upsell and increase adoption.- Diversifying partnership opportunities and offering marketing support and guidance.- Directing and supervising project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects- Defining project objectives, scope, and resource requirements in alignment with business goals.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
- Minimum 5+ year experience in the digital marketing, publisher or affiliate marketing.
- Bachelor's degree, or internship experience preferred.
- Good level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced English & Portuguese (desired).
- Knowledge of publisher business models, to standardize approach to opportunity sizing.
