SUMMARY:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible for welcome materials (guides, tutorials)- Offering support and guidance across the portfolio.- Supporting the Global Publisher Support, the Network Quality, Client Services and BR Finance teams, working closely with senior leaders.-
- Use market specific knowledge, signals and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our publishers in the market.- Monitoring affiliate queues to ensure timely queue management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSTechnical- Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint- Nice to have English fluency

Personal effectiveness- Highly organised- Proactive - continually looking to improve own role and that of your clients- Inquisitive approach to continuously learning on the job- Responsiveness - getting back to clients within 24 hours

Communication- Excellent written and verbal communication- Strong interpersonal skills

Teamwork- Ability to work well as a team and prioritise your workload based on company’s goals- Be able to share progress and updates on tasks with Publisher Managers and other internal teams (Publisher Support, Finance, Client Services teams)
