**IS Service Delivery Manager**:**

Position in charge of IT infrastructure services for Brazil. The Service Delivery Manager Is the tactical interface to ensures execution of IT Domain service delivery to Business Areas, Divisions, Country Lead Business and GBS IS Domains for a country or across a cluster. Owns stakeholder relationship for relevant services, including performance management, demand gathering, service escalations and improvements. Ensures overall business satisfaction with existing, not limited to IT Domain services. Has a visible and expert leadership in IT Domain service line in the further development and effective implementation of services planning and continuous improvement strategies, optimizing the development of commercial effectiveness of the service.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Acts as single point of contact towards customer for all hosting, connectivity, security, integration and data & analytics needs, such as consulting on standard requests, collecting and prioritizing non-standard demand as well as qualifying and prioritizing requirements.
- Coordinates the delivery of IS business facing services to meet the required levels of quality by owning and monitoring IS service delivery targets.
- Is responsible for demand requests to provide effort, time and cost estimation (projects, new solutions, deployments and hand over to operational vendor)
- Maintains relationships with IS and business management at group level to clarify trade-offs for cost, time and demands, manages expectations and requirements for delivery of global IS services in IT Domain scope
- Ensures satisfaction with IS services by assessing expectations, verifying that actions are taken to close any gaps, and influencing stakeholder perceptions of IS service.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, engineering, business management, mathematics, statistics, or related areas.
- Experience in leading IT infrastructure areas in large/multinational organizations.
- Experience with managing outsourced teams, meeting service levels agreements and constantly evaluating and evolving suppliers’ performance.
- Project management skills.
- Fluent Portuguese and English.
