**The Opportunity**

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Global Account Manager located in Sao Paulo to join our Hyatt Sales Force. In this capacity, you will concentrate on the strategic growth and development of accounts in the Latin America region in partnership with HSF Account Directors. Furthermore, you will foster enduring relationships with key market segment customers, while also expanding market share for our hotels. You’ll be part of a team passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, committed to nurturing curiosity and new skills and building connections across the organization with stakeholders, colleagues, and guests.

**Who You Are**

**The Role**

The HSF Account Manager is a team player who can work well both independently in this remote role and as a part of a larger dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that will maximize sales and profitability across all regions while partnering with HSF Directors. This is a remote opportunity, and individual must reside in Sao Paulo.

**Responsibilities also include**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with customers in Latin America region to ensure effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Generate business for hotels by conducting direct sales efforts, follow-up, and proper sales administration.
- The process of identifying group business must encompass a range of methods, including but not limited to, telephone prospecting, analyzing lost business opportunities from hotels, and utilizing market analytic tools.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives and targets international markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize revenue growth.
- Manage key customer relationships and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improve sales performance.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales results, and report on sales performance to senior management.
