In 2020 we launched the Flavored Alcohol Beverage (FAB) brand, Topo Chico Hard Seltzer in Latin America. You will be part of this growth providing technical leadership and execution support to** **Flavored Alcohol Beverage** South Zone (Brazil and South Cone), **within the franchise units and bottling partners across all Technical Innovation and Supply Chain functional areas. In this Role you will be the Technical Franchise leadership to support specific and challenging goal settings for each bottling plant while supporting an efficient execution, optimizing manufacturing, people and processes cost and yields to support profitability requirements and building capabilities/capacities of product, package, supply chain and production infrastructure. You will act as an intrapreneur to build and lead a “start-up” in Latin America with the resources and backing of The Coca-Cola Company.

**What You’ll Do For Us**
- Lead Technical Franchise to support target settings for each bottling plant while supporting an efficient execution. Key areas at the assigned territory (including performance and execution cups) such as QSE (Quality Safety Environment) scores, continuity of supply, processes efficiency and performance, timely investments to expand capacity among others.
- Implement production footprint, in contact with bottler and co-packers, managing bottler/co-packer balanced scorecard.
- Be focused on Brazil and South Cone zone based on business indicators such as volume, revenue, and operating income in addition to geographical and supply chain complexity and the maturity levels of the bottling partners considered.
- Support actions of bottling plants to optimize manufacturing cost and yields to support profitability requirements in the assigned territory.
- Act as the execution arm for Technical Innovation and Supply Chain, aligning operation strategies with bottlers/ co-packers.
- Provide in-market operational support for FAB in product/ package, supply chain, production infrastructure, regulatory, processes, people and cost optimization solutions to drive growth in the specific territory.
- Support as necessary the identification and execution of productivity initiatives at the assigned territory levels.
- Execute the Supply Chain contingency plans at the assigned territory level, coordinate demand and supply in alignment with the Supply Chain team and the bottling partners.
- Support the execution of the specific innovation and commercialization plans, working directly with the bottling partners, Commercial Product Supply (CPS), suppliers, other Franchise Operations functions inside and outside the technical structure, in alignment with the Innovation and Experimentation team.
- Act as technical contact point for the bottling partners in the assigned territory in relation to troubleshooting, cross-functional corrective action plans and IMCR (Incidence Management & Crisis Resolution) immediate actions.
- This role is an individual contributor, strong collaboration with other technical functions is expected.
- Ensure continuous improvement at the operational level (plant, country, bottling partner), representing the technical multifunctional team on Quality, Safety Environment capability implementation; safety and sustainability goals; new technologies adoption; Supply Chain optimization plans.
- Provide PMO/ Project Management support for the Franchise Operations or assigned territory, to implement innovations projects to support business growth
- Drive fast & agile innovation and commercialization capabilities and partnership with internal stakeholders, bottlers and external partners.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
- 10 - 12 years of experience in one or more functional areas within the Technical Innovation and Supply Chain scope: QSE (Quality, Safety Environment), SRA (Scientific Regulatory Affairs), Commercialization, Supply Chain, technical franchise leadership, CPS (Commercial Product Supply), R&D, food or beverage industry (Manufacturing, Logistics-Supply Chain, Engineering among others).
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, Chemist, Biochemical, Food, Processing Engineering or equivalent degree is required.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese as a nice to have.
- Very good understanding of technical risk management, technical governance, project management framework and methodologies, QSE metrics and commercialization processes
