Responsible for procurement of goods and services (i.e. indirect materials) with a strong focus on relationship management with key internal & external stakeholders for all procurement related activities, globally. Mitigate risks to SAP and contribute to SAP’s strategy & objectives. Core tasks include:

- Collaborate closely with local businesses and align sourcing strategies and activities with their business objectives
- Provide advice and guidance to key stakeholders on procurement procedures, policies and processes
- Determine business requirements and gather specifications
- Translate business requirements/needs into purchasing requirements
- Create and implement strategies (sourcing and supplier strategies) and develop strategic category plans
- Seek continuously opportunities for improvements, innovations and saving opportunities
- Perform market analysis/benchmarking and explore market capability to gain market intelligence
- Ensure risk and compliance along the end-to-end Source-to-Pay process
- Conduct competitive tenders, bidding by utilizing sourcing cloud solution
- Negotiate and manage agreements/contracts by utilizing contract cloud solution
- Manage supplier relationships & lifecycle from onboarding, supplier evaluation and development until phase-out
- Improve and develop procurement processes, policies and procedures continuously
- Manage projects of different size and complexity with local, regional or global focus
- Give guidance and manage collaboration to the operations team in the Shared Service Centre
- Work on contracts negotiation, tickets support strategy

**Experience & Language Requirements**
- Portuguese Fluent
- English Fluent
- Spanish Fluent

**Education**
Highest school degree

And/or at least 1-2 years' experience in the finance or commercial areas with a proven performance track record.
