Aligning strategies of sales, marketing, customer success, delivery, partnerships and product roadmap is now being performed by the same function in large scale stage companies. The digital world of streaming we’re on, gives space for a new breed of growth leaders who can intermediate any numbers and strategies.
Knowing the importance of ensuring communication and alignment between those departments, our client is looking for a new Chief Revenue Officer. This successful Tech company needs someone who can take responsibility for all revenue generating elements within the organization.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute the strategic business development and sales plan for the company, working closely with other product roadmap executives;
- Establish and oversee budget related to activities, events, marketing, systems, etc. to achieve the company's revenue targets;
- Inspire, motivate, lead and manage industry team and service line leaders to drive the execution of business and sales development skills, processes and systems to achieve goals, resulting in excellent customer experience and increased profitability;
- Monitor strategies and processes across the revenue cycle, from customer acquisition to engagement and success.
- Leverage customer research (quantity and quality) to provide strategic leadership for brand architecture and positioning;
- Monitor the market and opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies and tactics;
- Stay well connected with partners and customers to ensure broad market needs are incorporated into product development and improvement cycles;
- Identify and resolve issues in the marketing/sales and account management functions.
**Requisitos**:
- Management and P&L experience in a similar role on the streaming industry;
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategies for growing revenue;
- Fluent English.
