The IT Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, servers, networks, and hardware.

**As a **IT Infrastructure Analyst you will**
- Register technical events and service requests.
- Provide clarification on technical, operational, or administrative inquiries.
- Identify and handle technical support demands for software and hardware.
- Coordinate installation, upgrade, movement, correction, and configuration of software and hardware
- Monitor events to ensure adherence to service level agreements and resolution timelines.
- Escalate incidents and involve relevant stakeholders, including third-party providers, when SLAs are not met.
- Provide timely updates and estimates for user requests.
- Handle second-level access management requests.
- Maintain file folders on file servers.
- Create user accounts.
- Manage permissions in Windows, Linux, macOS, Active Directory, and Samba4 environments.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate level of support.
- Document solutions in the knowledge base for future reference.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of infrastructure equipment (desktop, laptop, manageable switch, structured cabling)
- Proficiency in servers (Windows, Linux)
- Experience with virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V, Docker)
- Understanding of File Server, AD, DNS, GPO, Samba4 services
- Familiarity with Sonicwall, PFSense, and IpTables firewalls
- Knowledge of backup routines
- Proficiency in file versioning servers (Git, SVN, Perforce)
- Monitoring networks using Zabbix
- Analytical mindset to identify problems and find optimal solutions
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, IT)
- Native fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Intermediate level of English proficiency
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support roles
