IS & DT CoE Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert LATAM
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Suportar usuários de suprimentos (criação de requisição de compras, pedidos e folha);
- Suportar usuários de recebimento e tax (recebimento físico, fiscal, remessa para terceiros e transferências intercompany);
- Suporte a usuários de master data (materiais, serviço, fornecedores e clientes);
- Suporte a usuários de trade (importação e customização);
- Suporte a usuários da logística (estoque e fretes);
- Suporte a usuários de controles internos (todas as estratégias de aprovações e perfis);
- Requester de acesso no GRC (FF e perfis regulares);
- Suporte ao AMS (priorização de chamados, entendimento e esclarecimento de demandas, aprovações de transporte e change request, intermediação de soluções e homologação);
- Gerenciar projeto (avaliação e contratação de consultores, gerenciar orçamento, tramitar contratos jurídicos, controle de horas e qualidade de entregas);
- Eventualmente participar do CAB Global;
- Suporte aos pares do globais, pois MM integra quase todos os processos no SAP;
- Definir e preparar cenários e plano de testes (projetos de demandas);
- Desenvolver e acompanhar key-user;
- Ministrar e elaborar material de treinamento;
- Elaborar desenho de solução, e caso necessário configurar e testar novos cenários;
- Quando possível, estreitar o relacionamento com os pares do time global, para sanar dúvidas e equiparar futuros processos no P00;
**Requisitos e qualificações**:

- Conhecimento técnico em ABAP para análise e depuração de programas é um diferencial;
- Fluência no idioma inglês;
- Experiência em projetos de SAP.
- Profundos conhecimentos de configuração do Módulo MM.
- Experiências em projetos de integração SAP ECC x ARIBA.
- Sólidos conhecimentos de processos de Supply Chain Inbound e Suprimentos.
- Produção de especificações funcionais e técnicas de alta qualidade e novel de detalhamento.
- Disponibilidade de viagens para reuniões e visita a usuários em todas as unidades caso necessário (São Paulo, Barueri e Goiás)
