The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.
- Help on defining KPIs to be monitored on Shopee Express’ performance, including first mile, middle mile, last mile and Sorting Centers operations;
- Monitor KPIs and support operational teams on identify opportunities to innovate and continuously improve organizational efficiency;
- Report performance results and analyze large quantities of data, extracting main conclusions that support decision-making;
- Help on create weekly presentations and high-quality reporting for upper management and operational leaders;
- Support on monitor and controlling Shopee Express goals and key initiatives in a monthly basis, and refining OKRs with leaders if needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree from any major, but preferably from Engineering, Business (Administration and Economy) and other related majors;
- Advanced English;
- Proven MS Office proficiency, especially Powerpoint and Excel;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Eager to learn, organized and committed to get the job done;
- SQL skills is a differential.
