**Role Summary**:
The Junior Compliance Analyst will be responsible for executing and supporting the areas of Privacy, Integrity, and Anti-Corruption within the institution. This role focuses on mitigating regulatory and operational risks, ensuring compliance with ANPD regulations and other legal requirements. Additionally, the analyst will promote and strengthen the compliance culture through training programs and strategic communications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain Privacy, Integrity, and Anti-Corruption policies.
- Monitor and update the institution's Personal Data Mapping.
- Conduct training sessions and prepare communications to promote compliance culture.
- Generate management information to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records to ensure regulatory compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related fields.
- Intermediate English.
- English: Intermediate;
- Spanish is a plus.
- Availability to work hybridly in our São Paulo or Belo Horizonte office.
