With a good eye for business, you'll partner with trade compliance stakeholders, helping to execute a trade technology and business intelligence strategy that improves compliance, meets requirements, and drives efficiencies through standardization and innovation. In this position, you'll demonstrate familiarity with trade technology concepts, business intelligence, data management and decision support.**:
**A Day in the Life**
As Import and Export Analyst you will be responsible and accountable for the planning and execution of all import and export activities for:

- This position primarily ensures the day-to-day operations and management of the local supply activities in accordance with all contracted services, applicable regulatory requirements and laws, and support policies and procedures.
- Responsible for coordination of the Import & Export process for intercompany and 3 rd party business, including temporary admission, launch of new products, reverse logistics, samples, and non-regular shipments helping to present the best logistics options for business units to deliver the forecast.
- Daily interaction with vendors: Brokers, International Agent Forwarders, Transport Companies and Bounded Warehouses, helping to prevent issues, mitigate risks, alerting impacts through analysis and monitor operation, to achieve the SLA agreed.
- Ensures all activities are executed in compliance with company good practices and policies.
- Maintains Import/Export documentation files update
- Support documentary requirements for all inbound/outbound shipments
- Financial review and approval of trade invoices
- Support trade and financial audits as required
- Experience with ANVISA, MAPA, Brazilian Customs and INMETRO
- Assist the accounting and financial areas and other departments
- Experience with Key Performance Indicators Reports, ensuring timely and accurate data models that provide management information and analysis of function performance (key performance indicators, metrics).
- Respond to complex ad-hoc data requests
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data visualization, data blending, and data preparation
- Experience recommending solutions or improvements to business processes using new technology or alternative use of existing technology.
- Drive reporting using available technology (Power BI, SAP, and Access) and develop technical solutions for an effective, efficient data analytics platform.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade or Engineering concluded.
- Knowledge of local regulations covering all kinds of Import and Export activities
- Experience from medical devices, cosmetics or pharmaceutical industries
- Focus on patients aligned with high standards of quality and excellence
- Strong background in international trade and customs processes
- Strong organizational skills are required
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience with a global organization

**Computer Skills**:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power Point and Power BI (mandatory)
- Familiarity with ERP Global Trade Management system (SAP-GTS, HANA and e-COMEX).

**Language Skills**:

- English and Portuguese fluency required.

**Nice to Have**
- Spanish advanced.
