- Develop and deliver Patient Safety (PSS) curriculums in conjunction with technical training teams
- Manage external training vendors in the creation of training content (for system trainings)
- Create and execute role specific training
- Evaluate Safety Database (SDB) and other system specific training - test cases and approve users for production access
- Coordinate with SDB trainers who will review test cases
- Develop and execute role specific certification program (e.g., Certified case processor, certified QCer, etc.) to qualify/certify Drug Device safety professionals for the intend role, via on-the job evaluations.
- Conduct periodic and as needed re-trainings for the key processes
- Support QA liaison in preparation of the audits/inspections
- Collaborate with PSS physicians group in development and delivery of trainings on medical terminology, therapeutic area specific training, etc.
- Collaborate with Project Managers in development and delivery of the project specific trainings.
- Review departmental compliance and contribute to achievement of departmental objectives - Support QA liaison in development/execution of CAPAs around trainings/retrainings.
- Develop and deploy targeted job aids/ reference guides as needed. Contribute to
generation and periodic review/updates of the SOPs.
