**Responsabilidades e Experiências desejáveis**:
This is a service-focused position. The role involves working as part of a flexible work team to provide high
- quality administrative and general office support in a demanding, fast-paced professional services environment.

**BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Provide high-quality administrative support to Principals, including:
Telephone support;
Calendaring/meeting scheduling;
Correspondence development, drafting memos and slides as required
Travel arrangements;
Time sheets and expense reports;
File maintenance;
Mail distribution;
Support of committee and practice area administrative needs;
Backup support when other team members are out of the office;
**Other responsibilities**:
General office duties including, but not limited to, Receptionist and Executive Assistants backup;
Slide, proposal, and/or other document Generation;
Copying, book binding, and preparation of packages for FedEx or courier;
Special projects as assigned

**KEY COMPETENCIES**:
**Computer Skills**: o working knowledge of PC environment, Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
**Organization/Versatility/Time Management**: o must be able to organize, multi-task, and prioritize appropriately and meet deadlines
**Communication Skills**: o must excel in effective and positive communications (both spoken and written ability), demonstrating confidence and clarity of thought

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
Related experience administrative
Fluent in English
