**Qualifications**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment
- Proficiency in using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experienced in traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with strong organizational and documentation skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently but as part of an international team
- Strong service orientation, sense of urgency and quality along with the high level of flexibility, creativity, pragmatism, and personal drive
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and engage the best tech and non-tech talent to be part of our network
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to determine position requirements and search strategies
- Work collaboratively with team members to create innovative attraction and engagement strategies
- Search traditional and non-traditional sources such as job boards, lists, search engines, social media, etc.
