**Job Description**:
The Finance intern will help Finance team across Brazil and will report directly to our Accounting & Financial Manager
- Track supplier invoices and analysis for release in internal controls.
- Assistance in the accounts payable process - including payments, follow-up, printing receipts and sending documentation to accounting.
- Assistance in the billing process and issuing invoices.
- Follow-up of the accounts receivable process to identify delays and proceed with the collection process.
- Supplier Registration.
- To carry out all financial administration processes, monitoring deadlines and organizing documents.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently studying Finance, Accountant Degree
- Confident individual with good interpersonal skills, able to deal with people at all levels and communicate clearly
- Ability to priorities tasks and strong organizational skills
- Confortable using Excel
- Must be comfortable with working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
- Fluent English
