**A Hybrid working model**

Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. **What does the Finance Intern do at Hogarth?**

The intern will have the opportunity to develop a career while helping the Finance Team in general activities.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Support to financial processes - (ex: Preparation of SPs, customers and suppliers registration);
- Audit support - (as monitoring of established processes)
- Assist in the preparation of templates and analysis - forecast and budget;
- Assist in the Cartesis packages filling out (SAP) of information related to projected x reached numbers;
- Assist in the JVs demands;
- Assist in requesting demands from internal customers (commercial and administrative areas).

**Reporting Lines and Key Stakeholders**

This role reports to the Finance Coordinator

You will work closely with the Finance Analysts and the Backoffice team

**Requirements**:

- Administration or Account Degree in course
- Intermediate English Level
- Basic Excel and Power Point Level
- Basic accounting knowledge
