At this point, Zelh is looking for an** Operations Manager **for our third-party logistics company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the Reefer Department's day-to-day operations.
- Ensure the efficient and timely transportation of temperature-sensitive goods in compliance with industry standards.
- Manage Team's schedule.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a dedicated team of logistics professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the Reefer Department.
- Implement and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve overall performance.
- Collaborate with the Carrier Sales Reps and customer service teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure that all operations comply with relevant standards and guidelines.
- Implement best practices for safety and compliance within the Reefer Department.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

**Working conditions**:

- Work schedule: Mon-Fr 08:00 am - 05:00 pm EST

- Vast experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- English level - Advanced.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in related positions.
- Experience in Reefer Freight Operations is not obligatory.
- Proven track record of success in managing logistics teams and operations.
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
