The New Business 269ml & Reign Manager is responsible for supporting strategies based on alignment with the Marketing Department and the Commercial departments. Responsible for supporting the development of the two workstreams in Brazil, seeks and takes advantage of ideas, best practices and solutions developed in other places (countries). It develops creative solutions and different ways of doing things that add value. Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field. Take the initiative to find ways to get better results.
In Brazil is responsible dedicated to the support of development of the 269ml and Reign.
Position based in São Paulo Office.
**Essential Job Functions**:
- Manage launch platforms with Marketing and Commercial, with balance of DME and P&L.
- Co-Lead with Regional Managers with bottler pricing strategy.
- Construction of the volume and coverage of each project.
- Lead and negotiate project goals with the bottler.
- Business plan negotiation with bottlers.
- Develop and track written annual business plan for each region containing volume, distribution and performance objectives.
- Accountable for sales function priorities including planning, budgets, and review.
- Visit and create relationships with key customers.
- Sales execution as top priority.
- Meet and exceed volume, operating profit, and market share objectives for Territory.
- Co-Manage Trade Marketing Plans including budgets.
- Develop In-Store execution standards, including POP Material.
- Map and benchmark market and competition.
- Manage punctual analysis of reporting and results per region.
- Conduct fortnightly sales and event updates via teleconference for all Region Sales Managers.
- Effective open communications with the distributors to communicate the latest company standards, share information and best practices, identify common issues, and agree solutions.
- Track innovation performance per bottler and drive improvements.
**Position Requirements**:
- Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with internal and external customers; ability to collaborate at all levels.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Marketing or Finance.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent at managing time, priorities, and expenses.
- Able to work independently while being a team player.
- Proficiency using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
