**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the handling of all telephone communications received from internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate accurate and timely completion of all tasks and mailboxes/Workflow
- Provide support and consultancy for internal & external stakeholders in relation to all benefits and provider information within the team agreed service level agreements
- Management of data integrity across all Bupa core systems including PMP & BOSS
- Obtain and process up-to-date provider information as received from Medicare Australia, CPOS/electronic fund transfer carriers and provider Associations to create provider maintenance input within service standard guidelines
- Conduct audits of supplied data from Provider Associations to ensure compliance with established recognition policies and procedures

- Strong operational experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Computer literature, including in-depth knowledge of CRM technology
- Legislative understanding of the Private Health Insurance Act and AHPRA registration requirements
- Maintain skills to embrace changes to technology and processes designed to improve productivity
