We are looking for a **LOGISTICS / FOREING TRADE ANALYST **to join our team.
Job Band**:F**
Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, reporting to **Logistics Exportation and Importation Manager **, you will be responsible**for planning, organizing, and arranging all resources and documents necessaries to deliver Export Sales.**
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Following up of orders book for Export and Intercompany Sales
- Shipments planning and transport bookings (maritime, road and air freight)
- Preparing of Exportation process, including documentation (Shipping Documents, Origin Certificate; Insurance Certificate; Letter of Credit; etc)
- Follow-up of customs release and delivery to customers.
**Who are we looking for?**
- Graduation of Administration or Foreign Trade
- Experience with Foreign Trade and Supply Chain processes (purchasing and logistics)
- Experience with processs and tasks of customs clearance, international and national logistics, in ports and airports, also with preparing of exportation documents.
- Mandatory proficiency of English and Spanish languages, advanced level.
