**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable and flexible OSM solutions for order management and service fulfillment in telecom environments.
- Configure OSM cartridges including order orchestration, decomposition, and orchestration plans using Design Studio.
- Develop and optimize orchestration workflows, task flows, and order life cycle policies.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business analysts to ensure end-to-end solution integrity across BSS/OSS systems.
- Integrate OSM with upstream and downstream systems such as CRM, Billing, Inventory, and Activation systems using Oracle SOA Suite, REST, or other middleware platforms.
- Support solution testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution in coordination with QA and operations teams.
- Document solution architecture, configuration, and deployment artifacts in line with project and compliance standards.
- Provide thought leadership on OSM best practices, enhancements, and process improvements.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative solution delivery and continuous improvement.**Requirements**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Communications Order and Service Management (OSM).
- Proficiency in Oracle Design Studio for OSM cartridge development and configuration.
- Strong understanding of telecom order lifecycle, orchestration patterns, and service decomposition.
- Experience with SOA, XML/XSLT, Web Services, and system integration frameworks.
- Familiarity with telecom industry standards such as TM Forum Frameworx (eTOM, SID).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field; Oracle certifications are a plus.**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with other Oracle Communications products such as UIM, ASAP, or BRM.
- Knowledge of cloud-native OSM solutions or experience migrating legacy OSM systems to the cloud.
- Background in CI/CD practices and DevOps tools for deployment and automation.
- SQL Experience and OSM Database schema knowledge.
