As a senior member of the People Services team, they will proactively seek to deliver continuous improvement approach through people, process and technology.
**JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the delivery of a customer centric end to end HR Administration service, ensuring all SLAs/KPIs are consistently met.
- Proactively role model excellent customer service by putting the customer first to create a culture of excellence in customer experience.
- Collaborate with the wider HR function to understand the current and future business needs to deliver an effective service for our customers.
- Lead your team to ensure that they are multi-disciplinary and able to support all aspects of the employee life cycle service, to manage the workloads and in the event of high demands.
- Support the continuous development of the team, coaching for capability, process and service improvement and support them to exceed customer expectations
- Partner effectively with the country HR and Payroll leadership teams to ensure that pay impacting changes are completed accurately and in line with business process.
- Proactively lead the identification and implementation of changes and improvements to processes and services driven by internal or external factors ensuring close collaboration with Training and Competence Centre of Excellence on related projects
- Actively participate and contribute to the People Services change journey and where required involvement in activities to ensure consistency across the function.
- Control risks and set the governance of high standards of compliance, ensuring the maintenance of accurate employee and HR records, in line with regulatory requirements, local legislation, Data Protection legislation and company policies.

- You have worked in a HR Operations environment for a multinational organisation
- You have experience of leading a team that works towards tight deadlines with high volumes and conflicting demands
- You understand of the importance of the employee experience, business partnering in the delivery of service and role model an excellent customer service mindset in a HR service environment
- You understand and are familiar with the full recruit to retire lifecycle, procedures and policies
- You are self-motivated and the ability to work with minimum supervision
