We are a technology services partner for digital innovation and business transformation seeking a talented PRE-SALES TECHNICAL CONSULTANT to support our rapid growth. This person will play a key role in executing pre-sales tasks, and leading technical activities necessary to support Sales to achieve business results.
**Duties**:
- Meet with prospective clients to determine business requirements in a consultative and customer-centric approach
- Identify and investigate specific practices, products, methods and techniques to best meet customer goals
- Estimate and document the required efforts and design the architecture of IT consulting and software development projects.
- Research and provide the necessary technical information for Sales to generate value-added business proposals
- Design technical solutions, collaborating with Delivery team, by leveraging a combination of e-Core's past experiences, technical architecture best practices and specific customer requirements
- Support the initial project hand-over, from a technical perspective, from Sales to Delivery for execution
- Help create and maintain software license quotes within internal systems to be processed by Sales team
- Build up, evolve and maintain a repository of technical pre-sales templates, environments, documentation and processes/procedures in accordance with e-Core's consulting methodology
- Assist Sales team in product demonstration as well as help qualifying and identifying potential opportunities within prospects
- Create content, prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with a distributed team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to deliver high-quality services to customers
**Skills and experience**:
- Fluent English skills
- Experience with technical pre-sales of IT-related services/products
- Background in business analysis, service design and delivery with strong technical and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Atlassian products (JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, Bitbucket, etc)
- Past-work experience and competence estimating required efforts and designing the architecture of IT consulting/development projects
- Technical IT skills with practical hands-on experience in areas related to software development, cloud technologies, databases, CI/CD, operating systems and network
- Experience delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations and training sessions to small and medium groups of clients and internal teams
- Excellent interpersonal communication (ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and in a professional manner), analytical capabilities and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a local team (US) collaborating with an international team
