**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary liaison between clients and vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
- Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring that vendors meet or exceed our company's quality and performance standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors, actively managing and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Source and evaluate potential new vendor relationships, conducting thorough assessments to ensure compatibility with our company's needs and values.
- Identify and capitalize on potential avenues to expand our range of services across various aspects of the client's portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables, providing insights and recommendations to optimize processes and outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement within our vendor network.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Coordinate with other teams, such as Sales, Operations, and Finance, to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to drive continuous enhancement of service quality and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, vendor management, or a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their goals.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
