Loadsmart’s Revenue Systems team supports our teams in the frontline by maintaining core systems used day-to-day like Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and more. These tools are key to the lives of hundreds of Loadies each day, and our successful use of them is at the heart of our operational success. The most successful people in this role have strong technology, business process, and project management skills and a penchant for team collaboration.

**LOCATION**:Remotely anywhere in Latin America.

- Learn quickly
- Become an expert. Over time you’ll know the full ins and outs of our core tech stack and teach Loadies how each piece of technology can help improve their performance
- Practice servant-leadership. With hundreds of internal customers across Loadsmart around the world, you’ll lead the way by helping and serving them at the highest level
- Collaborate with the team. Working with the Sales Enablement and broader Revenue Operations team, you help bring people’s ideas to life through our systems stack
- Implement new ideas. You have a vision and the will to execute it in order to make our reps the best they can be

**You have experience**:

- With Salesforce and other sales systems
- Working with a high degree of autonomy, particularly within a remote setting
- Working with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Strong analytical aptitude and advanced Excel capabilities
- Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility, organization, and resourcefulness
- Must possess good judgment, and excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
- Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Displays excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills
