-Issue and follow up on requests for quotations for low-complexity items/services, monitoring those of medium and high complexity;
-Send technical clarification agendas to bidders;
-Analyze and equalize commercial proposals;
-Negotiate with bidders to obtain better commercial conditions;
-Issue Comparative Quotation Maps and purchasing recommendations;
-Prepare and send Purchase Orders and their revisions;
-Follow up on Purchase Orders;
-Draft and renew low-complexity contracts according to business needs and monitor those of medium and high complexity;
-Collaborate in the supplier qualification and development process;
-Monitor supplier performance according to TechnipFMC policies;
-Search for new suppliers for low-complexity items and monitor searches for medium and high-complexity ones;
-Participate in meetings with internal customers and resolve issues related to the served department;
- You are meant for this job if:
-Academic background in Administration, Accounting, Production Engineering, or related fields;
-Knowledge of Oracle and SAP;
-Intermediate English proficiency.
