About Helo
Helo aims to be the go-to platform for people to find and share what's happening, discover interesting local content, and connect with diverse communities. The Helo app features a dedicated video channel with personalized content matched to your interests, and offers easy-to-use tools or templates for creators to express themselves in their own way -- including text, video, memes, and more. Helo is available in Indonesia, Brazil, Vietnam, and Thailand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the food & drinks, travel, DIY, home decor, pets, and parenting content operation in-app, assuring good post quality (whether video, picture, or text), content consumption, user retention, and interactions.
- Identify and explore content trends and the latest news on a daily basis both from in-app and outside app, with the daily operation of trending topics, push notifications, official accounts and interest-based communities related to the content categories
- Analyze content performance and quality to optimize strategy and guide users so they explore all the app's features.
- Responsible for the maintenance and retention strategy of content creators and influencers specialized in food & drinks, travel, DIY, home decor, pets, and parenting content.
- Elaborate and execute campaigns based on local festivals or events to engage interest-based communities and creators.
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Journalism, Marketing, Advertisement, Public Relations, or equivalent work experience in the media industry or internet company (3+ years)
- Native Portuguese speaker, full professional proficiency in English is a must.
- Passionate about food & drinks, travel, DIY, home decor, pets, or parenting content, with a good understanding of the habits and preferences of teen/young adult Brazilians
- Solid understanding of mainstream social media platforms, ability to do data analysis and identify user demands; have the ability to follow and predict hot spots for Brazilian market; heavy user of popular social media apps are preferred
- Willing to accept innovations, have a strong sense of responsibility, being self-driven, and build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
- Be flexible to do morning and night shifts, as well as weekend and holiday duty schedule
