Estamos procurando um profissional para compor a equipe de primeiro atendimento do Service Desk.
O profissional fará parte de uma equipe multidisciplinar responsável por todo o ciclo de vida de todos os chamados desde a sua criação, direcionamento e solução.
Deve também ter espírito de equipe colaborativo e com foco no desenvolvimento do coletivo. Se você também estiver familiarizado com atendimento ao cliente, em outra áreas de TI e conhecimento em outras tecnologias além de Cisco, gostaríamos de conhecê-lo.

Estamos procurando um profissional para compor a equipe de primeiro atendimento do Service Desk.
O profissional fará parte de uma equipe multidisciplinar responsável por todo o ciclo de vida de todos os chamados desde a sua criação, direcionamento e solução.
Deve também ter espírito de equipe colaborativo e com foco no desenvolvimento do coletivo. Se você também estiver familiarizado com atendimento ao cliente, em outra áreas de TI e conhecimento em outras tecnologias além de Cisco, gostaríamos de conhecê-lo.
**Responsabilidades**
- Registro de chamados;
- Classificação e diagnóstico;
- Suporte inicial (Primeira chamada);
- Monitoramento do ciclo de vida incidente;
- Suporte ao cliente via telefone;
- Comunicar ao cliente sobre padronização do ambiente e solução técnica;
- Cobrar status de colocação de chamados de outras equipes;
- Fechar chamados quando resolvido, após o acompanhamento com o usuário;
- Revisar e criar procedimentos operacionais;
- Fazer interações com parceiros;
- Fazer interações com fabricantes.
**Requisitos**
- Conhecimento sobre Cisco;
- Conhecimento de ITIL;
- Formação em rede de computadores ou similar.
- Experiência em atendimentos de Service Desk mínimo 1 ano.
**Idiomas**
- Inglês Intermediário / avançado
- Português Avançado
