Price Increase Scenarios
- Price and TPR Promotional Policies
- Understand and Track Price Elasticity
- Build Price Trackings, Decks and Recommendations
- Tracking and Diagnosis of Price Margin (front margin and contracts margins)
- Focal Point for Pricing System Automation (project)
You will have a strong interaction with sales head and finance team, to understand and find the risks/opportunities in the current price architecture, to build a recommendation for SRM Pricing Manager and SRM Head.
**Strategic Revenue Management**:
- Drive increased trade investment productivity, net price realization and improved mix to deliver mutual profitable growth.
- Underpinned by Mars Laws of Growth, partners across One Demand to optimize pack-price architecture, Trade ROI and aligns Mars’ trade investment with our Strategic Channel Management ambitions & pay for performance levers.
- Ensures healthy product and customer mix for delivery of portfolio growth & profitability targets.
**Requirements**:
- **
School education**: Graduate Degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering, Finance or Statistics (Indispensable);
- MBA (Desirable);
- Price Certification (desirable)
- **
[Indispensable]** Pricing experience;
- **
[Desirable]** Additional Trade, Sales or Finance experience;
- **
[Desirable]** Statistic knowledge;
- **
[Indispensable]** High numerical Ability;
- **
[Indispensable]** Intermediate English;
- **
[Indispensable]** FMCG experience or Consultancy;
- **
[Indispensable]** Leveraging Insights into Action;
- **
[Indispensable]** Strategic Thinking / Numerical Skills;
- **
[Indispensable]** Excell, SAP and other systems;
- **
[Indispensable]** Presentation Skills (personal and power point)
