Your next challenge
At Pluxee, you will lead the prospecting, negotiation, and closing of strategic partnerships, being responsible for developing new product and business initiatives with a strong focus on sales and strategic relationships within the advertising market. This role is essential for driving digital media revenue growth through a structured, strategic, and results-oriented commercial approach. The Manager will play a pivotal role in positioning Pluxee as a key player in the Ads ecosystem, driving performance and results across partner Merchant. With strong expertise in consultative sales and data-driven strategies, this leadership position will be responsible for showcasing the high value of our qualified audience by delivering comprehensive media solutions across programmatic advertising, display, video, branded content, and other digital formats—always aligned with the clients’ business objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead active prospecting of new business opportunities by identifying and developing strategic relationships with agencies, direct advertisers, and relevant partners, with a focus on generating qualified commercial opportunities aligned with the company’s growth goals.
- Present the full portfolio of digital solutions and media inventory (display, video, programmatic, branded content, among others) in a consultative manner, connecting offerings to clients’ specific business needs and contributing to long-term value creation.
- Manage the commercial pipeline end-to-end, ensuring revenue predictability, sales funnel control, and accuracy in forecasting, while maintaining a strategic view of opportunities, risks, and conversion levers.
- Develop customized, data-driven commercial proposals focused on performance, segmentation, consumer journey, and media objectives, using market benchmarks and analytical intelligence to support commercial arguments.
- Negotiate and close high-impact contracts, ensuring profitability, goal achievement, and sustainability of commercial partnerships, always aligning deliverables with the company’s operational capabilities and strategic objectives.
- Orchestrate integrated collaboration with media, operations, marketing, analytics, and product teams, ensuring excellence in campaign activation, monitoring, and delivery, while fostering continuous insight sharing and teamwork.
- Oversee the post-sales cycle with a focus on value and performance, providing strategic support, detailed analyses, and optimization recommendations to maximize ROI and client retention.
- Identify emerging trends and capture structured client feedback, actively contributing to the Ads Product team in developing new solutions, enhancing current offerings, and strengthening competitive positioning.
- Represent the company institutionally in strategic forums, including industry events, meetings with key stakeholders, and executive presentations, reinforcing brand positioning and expanding its presence in the advertising and technology markets.
You’re a match:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Postgraduate studies in Digital Marketing, Commercial Management, or Digital Business are a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in consultative sales, specifically in digital and programmatic media, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- 1-2 years of leadership experience is ideal.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM), Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads, DSPs, and other programmatic platforms.
- Experience in fast-paced environments (startups, adtechs, digital publishers, or media outlets).
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, prioritizing high-impact opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills with major accounts and agencies.
- Data-driven mindset, focused on innovation and tailored client solutions.
- Strong persuasive, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Resilient, flexible, and entrepreneurial mindset, this is an individual contributor role with the potential to build a small team in the near future.
