Position:Field Sales Manager - CaliforniaLocation:Los Angeles, CAJob Id:****# of Openings:1Onco360 is looking for an experiencedField Sales Managerto join our teamThis position will cover the California Territory.The Field Sales Manager must live within the territory.The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the oncology pharmaceutical sales landscape and will be comfortable providing leadership and direction to a sales team.**Starting salary $140K and up plus commission**Onco360 offers a wide variety of benefits including:401k opportunityPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysTuition ReimbursementCompany paid benefits – life, and short and long-term disabilityOnco360 Pharmacy is a unique oncology pharmacy model created to serve the needs of community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers.A career with us is more than just a job.It's an opportunity to connect and care for our patients, providers, communities and each other.We attract extraordinary people who have a strong desire to live our mission - to better the lives of those battling cancer and rare diseases.Compassion is more important than numbers.We value teamwork, respect, integrity, and passion.We succeed when you do, and our company and management team work hard to foster an environment that provides you with opportunities for both professional and personal growth.Responsibilities for a Field Sales Manager:Development & execution of sales strategies and strategic plansAccompanies sales reps on calls to evaluate techniques; assists in closing key accounts.Represent company at professional meetings & conventionsEnsures compliance and execution of sales initiatives by continuously reviewing, monitoring sales plans, sales reporting information, key statistics and directing sales activitiesOversee compliance with all required administrative tasks such as expense reporting, call reporting, etc.Develops and ensures adherence to strategic sales plans with AVP of Oncology SalesEnsure sales representatives are conducting their duties in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policiesActively participates in regional as well as national sales call and meetings.Demonstrated leadership capabilities, financial management and written & oral communication skillsEnsures effective management and utilization of CRM tool.Identifies deficiencies in skills among sales representatives managed, and works to improve individuals' capabilities through coaching, development, and trainingConducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.Qualifications for a Field Sales Manager:Education/Learning ExperienceRequired: Bachelor's degree in health care, business, or pharmacy administrationWork ExperienceRequired: Minimum of 3 years Pharmaceutical or Specialty Pharmacy field management.Proven sales track record indicating accomplishment and successesSkills/KnowledgeRequired: Demonstrated analytical skills to help define and establish strategies and action plans.Demonstrated understanding of oncology therapeutic area, products and marketplace.Familiar with trade relations, reimbursement environment, government programs, managed care, formulary and contract negotiation.Strong presentation, organization, administrative and communication skillsRequired: Extensive travel within the assigned regional territory (70%).Must live in region with immediate access to airport and transportation#J-*****-Ljbffr
