The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the direct sales, customer service, and new customer development for a defined geographical region.The position necessitates a minimum 60% direct customer/prospect contact via sales meetings at their places of business.Outside sales is the principal liaison between the company and the customer – managing communications and developing long-term relationships.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLocate & develop new business opportunities via internet prospecting, telemarketing, and direct personal sellingService & Manage relationship of current customer base while growing new account baseCommunicate customer requirements to the quality and production departmentsPromote positive customer relationsQualificationsVery good communication / public presentation skillsGood critical reasoning / problem solving skillsEducation/Experience3-5 years outside sales experience4-year college degree or equivalentThese job functions are not intended to be all-inclusive.Changes in functional assignments may occur, as business needs dictate.#J-*****-Ljbffr
