**Project Operations Manager**

Assigned to a specific project or a tender. Manages project operation team, responsible for onshore / offshore operations planning, execution and logistics.

**Job description**
- Role and responsibilities
- Execution Planning
- Leads / promotes project HSE Policy within the operations team
- Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the TechnipFMC policies and procedures
- Identify the resources and personnel needed for the execution of operations (onshore and offshore)
- Review, optimize and validate the installation scenarios
- Preparation and optimization of offshore planning
- Preparation of the plans for offshore execution and associated logistics, in particular, validation of the construction vessel and determination of the number and type of support boats
- Validate of the main engineering technical guidelines that impact on offshore execution
- Validate the choice of critical subcontractors for the execution of the operations
- Identify the critical engineering and packages interfaces
- Preferred point of contact with the customer for all aspects related to operations
- Logistics and Mobilizations
- Manage marine and onshore logistics with support from relevant services and entities
- Manage personnel logistics and rotations with support from relevant services and entities
- Control the coherence of the plan for the supply of materials and permanent and temporary equipment
- Ensure the management of the project material list PML
- Coordinate the development and optimization of mobilization /demobilization operations
- Vessel Management
- Lead project interfaces with SAM, T-MOS and VDTs
- Allocate operations resources/ operations engineers to follow the preparation of laying and construction vessels in coordination with the SAM, T-MOS and VDT
- Coordinating the activities of the operational teams in charge of naval means monitoring (Technip fleet and 3d party vessels
- Coordinate vessel assurance activities in conjunction with TMOS and SAM fleet
- Site and Offshore Operations
- Ensure that the QHSES rules are respected during operations (onshore and offshore)
- Lead the planning of onshore and offshore operations, including establishing, monitoring and optimizing day-to-day planning for vessels involved in the project, preparation and implementation of alternative plan in case of deviation from the base plan, validation of MOCs related to operations
- Coordinate the activities of the operational teams in charge of manufacturing sites, spoolbase
- Coordinate SIT site activities
- Review Process
- Owner of the operations review process
- Ensure OMT (Offshore Management Team) review and validation the project execution plan, the installation schedule, the design and installation engineering, and the installation risks related to their scope
- Attend and provide resources from the group for gate/peer review process, HIRA. HAZID
- Ensure early project engagement with the Offshore Management Team (OMT) and especially the Offshore Construction Manager (OCM) of the vessels that will be utilized for the project.
- Preparation of the risk mitigation plan related to operations, implementation and monitoring of actions to reduce risks.
