The IT Support Manager is responsible for leading, utilizing, building, and maintaining the team to correctly support and deliver the set objectives that will increase the overall quality and efficiency of the support team.**ROLE CONTRIBUTION**

To ensure that the Team can perform their role according to the set service agreements and objectives, the IT Support Manager is responsible for:
- Provide operational day-to-day management and coordination
- Find out knowledge gaps and provide options to cover these gaps
- Guarantee the Team is well informed on the agreed services levels and overall objectives
- Keep the motivation/morale high
- Provide accurate workload balance to guarantee performance
- Interface with vendor to ensure proper service and results agreed upon signed contracts
- Communicate/escalate in timely manner recurring issues and problems to IT Operations Manager to avoid blackout to business services
- Actively contribute in cross-regional and local IT meetings
- Effectively develop employees, manage talent, and ensure that your team can perform their role according to the set expectations and agreements
- Promote talent growth by ensuring talents have exposure to and opportunities within the IT Operation team and/or IT Project team

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- More than 5 years’ experience in Management role
- Mandatory English-speaking fluency
- Mandatory in-depth experience with ITIL v3 processes, Practioner level is a plus, v4 is a nice to have
- Experience on COBIT v5 is a plus
- Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environment
- Experience supporting VIPs when required
- Experience with Cisco Datacenter technology and products
